What is the right of withdrawal?

For home delivery products, we take into account a cooling-off period of 14 days, starting on the day of receipt of the purchased order. During this cooling-off period, the buyer has the right to withdrawal. This means that within this period the buyer can, without any obligations on his/her side, return the goods he/she received. The buyer can return the product(s), provided by some further details regarding his/her order (e.g. full name, telephone number and order number) to the following address:

After withdrawal of the contract (i.e. the moment of canceling and returning the ordered products), a refund will be credited back to customers within 14 days. Refunds include delivery costs. However, we do not carry the costs of the actual return of the goods. Hence, the delivery costs for returning the products will be carried by the buyer. A refund will be taken care of within 2 till 7 business days. Exceptions are made for authorising payments due to the reversal period of 8 till 14 business days. The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after cancelling the contract.

During this period, the consumer will take care of the product and its packaging. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent to determine whether he/she would like to keep the product. In case the consumer wants to use his/her right to withdrawal, he/she will send the product – including all additional accessories - if possible – in the original packaging to the trader, in accordance with the by the entrepreneur provided instructions.

The right of withdrawal invalidates:

Digital vignettes: as soon as the vignette has been delivered, customers lose their right of withdrawal. This means that digital vignettes are non- refundable. You agree to this explicitly during the order process.

Instructions for right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdrawal (without providing any given reason) within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after concluding the sales contract “whereupon you or a chosen third party on behalf of you, whom is not the carrier, gets physically hold of the product. Or for agreements whereby the consumer places an order containing several goods which are delivered separately: “whereupon you or a chosen third party on behalf you, whom is not the carrier, gets physically hold of the last product.

To be able to execute the right of withdrawal, you have to unequivocally inform us (e.g. written via post or e-mail) of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. You can use the attached form of withdrawal, but you are not obligated to do so. You can also use the model form of withdrawal or provide us with another clear formulated statement and send it to us via email. If you wish to use this possibility, we will send you without delay a confirmation of receiving your withdrawal via a sustainable data carrier (such as email). To comply with the withdrawal period, you are obligated to inform us about the execution of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Outcomes of the withdrawal

If you withdraw your agreement, you receive all the payments you have fulfilled until this moment, including delivery costs (with the exception of extra costs as a result of your choice of using another way of delivery than the by us presented cheapest way of delivery) without delay and at least no later than 14 days after we have been informed about your decision to withdraw the agreement. We will refund the money with the same payment method that has been used by you to perform the transaction. We are allowed to wait with refunding the money until we received the goods back, or until you have proved that the goods have been send back to us, depending on which action takes place first. You are obligated to send the goods back not later than 14 days after the day you have decided to withdraw the agreement and informed us about this decision. You are in time if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods, parcel post via PostNL €6,95 are for your account. You are only legally liable for depreciation of the goods that is a result of using the goods, that goes further than determining whether the products work accordingly.
